Job Title: Project Engineer/ Site Engineer

Experience: 6 to 12 Years

Qualification - B-Tech/BE in Civil Engineering

Job Location -Kochi-Kerala

No. of vacancies: 10

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, supervise, and monitor day-to-day site execution activities.

· Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

· Review construction drawings and specifications, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings and quality standards.

· Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.

· Manage site manpower, subcontractors, and material resources efficiently.

· Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory regulations.

· Identify site issues proactively and implement effective corrective measures.

· Verify contractor bills, measurements, and work progress.

· Coordinate procurement requirements and ensure timely availability of materials.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.

· Ensure proper documentation, including site records, inspection reports, and work permits.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.





· 6–12 years of experience in site execution of commercial, retail, showroom, or high-rise building projects.

· Solid knowledge of construction methodologies, quality standards, and safety practices.

· Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office.

· Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage multiple contractors and deliver projects within stipulated timelines.
