operation, and maintenance of plant machinery and equipment. Supervise daily production and plant operations.
Coordinate with technicians, contractors, and other project team members. Monitor project progress and report issues to management. Ensure compliance with quality standards and workplace safety procedures.
Support troubleshooting and resolve technical issues during project execution.
Ideal Candidate Profile: Diploma holder in an engineering discipline. At least 6 months of relevant experience in project or site engineering. Basic knowledge of plant machinery, industrial equipment, and production processes. Willingness to work at project sites and coordinate with different teams. Responsible, organised, and eager to learn.
