Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and monitoring. The candidate will coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure smooth project operations and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day project activities and operations.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and project managers.
- Prepare and maintain project reports, trackers, and documentation.
- Schedule meetings and follow up on project action items.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the concerned teams.
- Identify project delays or issues and communicate them to management.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with site teams and provide progress updates.
- Ensure proper communication between departments and project stakeholders.

Required Skills





- 2 - 5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in construction or civil engineering.
- Good knowledge of project planning and coordination.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Positive documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of construction activities and site coordination is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Candidates with experience in construction or civil engineering projects are preferred.
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering candidates are preferred.
- Experience coordinating with contractors and site teams is an advantage.
- Candidates should be willing to travel to project sites if required.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
