Omkar Developers is a Pune-based developer of residential projects. We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer or Architect to coordinate our projects from design through construction.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate between architects, structural consultants, contractors and site teams
- Track construction progress against schedule and report to management
- Check contractor bills, measurements and BOQ quantities
- Coordinate drawings, approvals and documentation with PMC and consultants
- Ensure quality and safety on site and resolve site issues quickly
- Support area statements and technical inputs for sales and customer queries
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech Civil or B.Arch
- 4 to 6 years of experience in real estate projects, preferably in Pune
- Experience with residential or redevelopment projects is a plus
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel
- Valuable communication and coordination skills; presentable and organised
Salary: Rs. 40,000 - 50,000 per month, based on experience.
