Key Responsibilities
- Day to day coordination with EPC’c contractors for DPR, WPR
- Co-ordination with BIM Coordinator
- Track status of the project as per baseline plan
- Close monitoring of the all the construction activities
- Track the revisions of Drawing & Models in case if any and same to be shared with Project Team
- Co-ordination with Drone team and facilitating the necessary permissions for drone flying
- Track the quantities of Construction work as per the scope of work and
- Track and monitor the change of scope
- Coordination with the project team and provide all the details
- Conduct the discussions with the concerned stakeholders at Site along and share the information to project Team
• Study of all Project Management Processes which are suggested to Authority Engineer and EPC’s and track if all the processes are as per the Plan. Highlight in case of any deviations.
