Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Coordinator role based in Indore.

The Project

Coordinator will support end-to-end execution of telecom infrastructure projects, including tower-related civil works and associated electrical activities. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing AutoCAD drawings, coordinating with site engineers and contractors, tracking project timelines, and ensuring adherence to technical specifications and safety standards. The role involves maintaining project documentation, assisting with material planning, monitoring work progress, and reporting status updates to project managers.

The Project

Coordinator will also help resolve on-site issues, liaise with clients and internal stakeholders, and support quality checks and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

- Possess a B.Tech in Civil Engineering with strong fundamentals in civil construction and structural works.
- Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory),



including preparation and modification of structural and layout drawings.
- Have practical knowledge of telecom-related civil and electrical works, site management, and field coordination.
- Show ability in project coordination, including scheduling, progress tracking, documentation, and reporting.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with site teams, contractors, and clients.
- Display good analytical and problem-solving abilities for addressing in office technical and operational challenges.
- Be comfortable working on-site in Indore, with readiness for field visits and adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Prior internship or experience in infrastructure, construction, or telecom projects is an advantage.
- Basic familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting is preferred.
