Key Responsibilities
- Project planning and scheduling using Primavera P6 / MS Project
- Baseline scheduling, WBS, milestones and critical path analysis
- Planned vs. actual progress tracking and schedule variance analysis
- Cost estimation, cost control, budgeting and forecasting
- Project risk identification and mitigation planning
- Progress reporting, dashboards and project performance monitoring
- Coordination with project managers and cross-functional stakeholders
