Key Responsibilities

1. Operating Cadence & Governance

- Weekly/Quarterly Operational Health Reviews : readiness checks, facilitation, MOM, and action-item tracking to closure
- Steer the 6-monthly operating plan reviews, ensuring pods stay aligned to roadmap commitments
- Coordinate half-yearly sync meetings — invites, readiness, minutes, and follow-through on action items

2. Production Reliability & RCA

- Production Outage and RCA process end-to-end: ensure outages are logged, resolved and RCAs are filed, learnings are documented and shared, and remediation actions are tracked to completion
- Monitor monthly outage summary for the exco newsletter review
- Support weekly Algebrik outage monitoring calls and emerging Customer Service outage tracking

3. Linear & Git Hygiene and Compounding Knowledge Moats

- Conduct daily and weekly Linear hygiene audits across pods — flag stale projects, missing status updates, and misaligned hierarchy (Initiative → Sub-Initiative → Project → Issue)
- Run Git hygiene audits — surface open branches and aging PRs, nudge approvers to close the loop
- Track and surface reports on Linear and Git SLAs for management to take action on externally made commitments and internal execution excellence

4. Reporting & Communication

- Produce the weekly projection (aka “Nirnay”) completion report (Linear + Claude Code driven), shared monthly org-wide
- Orchestrate the monthly newsletter for ExCo and leadership,



collated from all product pods
- Own first-line triage of "paper cuts" — unplanned asks from other teams — resolving or routing them without burdening pod leads

5. Cross-Functional Execution & Guardrails

- Support RBI/audit compliance workstreams in close partnership with the Product and Compliance functions — tracking commitments, deadlines, and evidence gathering
- Coordinate resolution of cross-tool issues (e.g., Trackwizz, Screenza) by bringing the right people together, even without deep tool-level expertise

6. People & Process Optimization

- Exercise "trust but verify" oversight for delegated coordination and EA-related workstreams.
- Systematically optimize recurring processes, transferring ownership while maintaining light-touch review.

Qualifications & Requirements

- 4–6 years total experience in program management, technical project management, or a chief-of-staff-adjacent role, ideally in a scaling tech/fintech workplace
- Demonstrated ownership of operating cadences (stand-ups, health reviews, reporting) at org or multi-team scale — not just single-project coordination
- Working fluency with Linear or equivalent tool, Git/GitHub fundamentals (branches, PRs, cycle time concepts), and comfort reading dashboards/metrics without hand-holding
- Prior exposure to production incident/RCA processes is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent is a plus but not required
- Core Competencies & Skills
- Cross-functional stakeholder management (engineering, product, QA, compliance, leadership)
- Judgment-based prioritization and escalation — knows what to solve directly vs. what to route up
- Structured written and verbal communication (exec-ready reporting)
- Comfort with ambiguity and high-agency execution ("good mechanisms, not good intentions")
- Process continuous improvement mindset with the right attitude

Role Expectations

This is an ownership role, not a support role — the person is expected to run entire operating rhythms independently and exercise judgment on what needs escalation, not just track and remind.
