Job Title: Programmatic Specialist

Job Summary:

Ethinos Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a Programmatic Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team.

The Programmatic

Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing programmatic campaigns across various platforms, ensuring effective targeting, optimization, and reporting. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker, have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and be up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute programmatic advertising campaigns across various platforms (such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Display & Video 360) to meet clients’ marketing objectives and KPIs.

- Conduct audience research and analysis to identify and target the right audience for each campaign.

- Set up, manage, and optimize programmatic campaigns, including budget management, bid strategies, and audience targeting.

- Monitor campaign performance and proactively optimize to ensure maximum ROI and effectiveness.





- Mentor and Train junior team members showcasing leadership quality.

- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest programmatic advertising trends, technologies, and industry developments.

- Work closely with the client services team to understand clients’ business objectives and marketing strategies, ensuring programmatic campaigns align with their overall marketing goals.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field

- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in programmatic advertising

- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Display & Video 360, and other programmatic platforms

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently and handle a team

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
