We are looking for an experienced Production Application Support Engineer to join our team in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide production application support and troubleshoot critical issues in a high-pressure environment.
- Manage incidents, problems, and changes in accordance with ITIL processes.
- Perform SQL queries for data validation, analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor batch jobs and troubleshoot failures using scheduling tools such as Control-M.
- Manage and track incidents and service requests using ServiceNow ITSM and/or Salesforce.
- Collaborate with business users, development teams, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues within agreed SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis and contribute to permanent fixes and continuous service improvement.




- Maintain clear documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Support business-critical applications in front-office and middle-office financial operations.

iency in SQL and the ability to understand application workflows and system dependencies.

Positive to Have

- Experience with buy-side Order Management Systems (OMS).
- Exposure to Charles River IMS / Charles River Development (CRD).
- Experience in the banking or investment management domain.
- ITIL v3 or v4 certification.
- French language proficiency.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team and contribute to process improvements.
