Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute daily production activities based on customer orders and delivery schedules.
- Allocate jobs to machines, operators, and production teams.
- Supervise sheet metal fabrication, laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, buffing, deburring, stud fixing, and machining operations as applicable.
- Monitor production progress and ensure daily and shift-wise targets are achieved.
- Coordinate with Planning, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Logistics teams to avoid production delays.
- Ensure raw materials, tools, drawings, and consumables are available before starting production.
- Monitor work-in-progress (WIP), machine utilization, manpower productivity, and rejection rates.
- Ensure components are manufactured as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Identify bottlenecks, reduce rework and wastage, and improve productivity.
- Maintain production reports, shift reports, downtime records, and operator performance records.
- Ensure 5S, workplace safety, discipline, and proper machine maintenance practices.




- Take responsibility for completing production orders on time and handing over finished goods to the next process or dispatch team.

Candidate Profile:

- Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in production supervision in sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining, or a similar manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge of production planning, machine loading, manpower allocation, and shop-floor management.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand quality requirements.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, ERP systems, and production reporting.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Our Expectation: We need a hands-on supervisor who can manage the shop floor, guide operators, monitor production performance, and ensure every job is completed with the right quality and within the committed delivery schedule.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
