Roles and Responsibilities

- Oversee daily production operations to ensure productive use of resources and meet quality standards.

- Coordinate with team members to plan, schedule, and execute production activities effectively.

- Monitor machine shop performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes as needed.

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols on the shop floor by conducting regular inspections and training sessions.

- Develop strategies to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall plant efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or related field (production engineering).

- Diploma or B.Pharma degree from a recognized institution.

- Strong understanding of production management principles, including planning, scheduling, and control processes.

- Proficiency in manpower handling, machine shop operation, production supervising, production planning, production scheduling, productivity improvement techniques.
