Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities in our printing and packaging unit. The candidate will be responsible for manpower allocation, production monitoring, quality control, and ensuring timely completion of jobs.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities and coordinate with all production departments.
- Allocate work to employees based on job priorities and production schedules.
- Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion of customer orders.
- Coordinate with the design, planning, and estimation teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor production processes, including lamination, UV, foiling, die cutting, stripping, pasting, and packing.
- Ensure product quality and compliance with customer specifications.
- Identify production delays and take necessary corrective actions.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and proper utilization of manpower.
- Ensure proper use of machines, materials, and other resources.




- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain housekeeping standards.
- Prepare daily production reports and update management on production status.

Qualifications & Experience
- Qualification: Plus Two, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in the printing and packaging industry.
- Practical knowledge of printing, finishing, and packaging operations is preferred.
