We are looking for a Production Supervisor with a minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing to oversee daily production activities, ensure production targets are met, maintain quality standards, and manage manpower and resources efficiently.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: DME or BE in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Valuable knowledge of production planning, shop-floor supervision, and quality control.
- Ability to manage workers, monitor production schedules, and ensure timely delivery.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and team-management skills.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes will be an advantage.
