About the Role

We are a leading manufacturing company looking for a hands-on Production & Order Fulfillment Executive. In this role, you will take complete ownership of B2B bulk orders from the moment they are received until final delivery and payment collection. Unlike a standard corporate desk job, this role requires deep involvement in the manufacturing lifecycle—ensuring raw materials are prepped, production timelines are met at the factory, and goods are dispatched successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pre-Production Coordination: Upon receiving a B2B bulk order, ensure all necessary raw materials are ready, allocated, and dispatched to the factory for production.
- Production Pipeline & TAT Management:



Closely monitor the production process at the factory. Follow up relentlessly to ensure manufacturing meets strict Turnaround Time (TAT) and quality standards.
- Dispatch & Logistics: Oversee the packaging and dispatch of finished goods from the factory/warehouse to the client, ensuring seamless logistics and E-Way bill generation.
- Commercials & Payment: Manage invoicing, track customer payments, and coordinate with the Accounts team to ensure timely collections.
- Cross-Functional Bridge: Act as the central hub between Sales, Accounts, the Factory, and Warehouse teams to resolve bottlenecks immediately.

Requirements:

- 3-6 years of core experience in a Manufacturing or Production-heavy industry (Profiles exclusively from IT/BPO/Services sectors will not be considered).
- Proven experience tracking raw materials, managing factory production pipelines, and overseeing physical logistics.
- Strong practical knowledge of commercial transactions, E-Way bills, and physical dispatch processes.
- Willingness and comfort in regularly visiting and coordinating directly with the factory and warehouse.
- Fluent in Hindi and English with strong follow-up skills.
- High ownership, robust problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive factory teams to meet deadlines.
