We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to handle daily production operations in our spinning mill and achieve production targets with the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and monitor daily production activities.
- Achieve production targets and improve productivity.
- Maintain yarn quality and minimize wastage.
- Monitor machine performance and reduce downtime.
- Manage manpower and shift operations.
- Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance departments.
- Monitor production efficiency and material utilization.
- Prepare daily production reports.
- Ensure safety and discipline on the shop floor.

Requirements:

- Diploma / B.E. in Textile Technology or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in spinning mill production.
- Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage production teams and achieve targets.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
