- Plan and manage daily production activities for crane manufacturing.

- Achieve production targets as per delivery schedules and customer requirements.

- Supervise fabrication, welding, machining, assembly
- activities.

- Manage manpower, machines, materials, and production resources efficiently.

- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, and Dispatch departments.

- Monitor production progress and resolve day-to-day production issues.

- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and raw materials.

- Control production wastage, rework, rejection, and machine downtime.

- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.

- Monitor fabrication and assembly as per drawings and specifications.





- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly production reports and planning schedules.

- Improve production processes, productivity, and overall shop-floor efficiency.

- Ensure proper safety practices and discipline on the production floor.

- Guide and manage Production Supervisors, Welders, Fabricators, Fitters, and other shop-floor workers.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of crane manufacturing and fabrication processes.

- Valuable knowledge of welding, structural fabrication, machining, and mechanical assembly.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
