Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage daily production operations to meet quality, safety, and productivity targets.

- Oversee precast concrete element manufacturing process from raw material procurement to final assembly.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for civil engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery of products.

- Monitor and improve production processes to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

- 12-22 years of experience in precast concrete industry or related field (civil engineering).

- Solid understanding of precast concrete elements manufacturing process and materials science.

- Proven track record in managing large-scale industrial production operations with multiple shifts.
