Roles and Responsibilities

- Oversee plant operations, including manpower handling, maintenance operations, and production planning.

- Ensure effective utilization of resources by monitoring inventory levels and minimizing waste.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product quality, supply chain disruptions, or equipment malfunctions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-9 years of experience in Production Management in an auto component industry setting.

- Solid understanding of plant operations, including manpower handling, maintenance operations, and production planning.

- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with cross-functional teams.
