Role Overview

As a Mechanical Fitter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. Your expertise in maintenance and repair will directly support our production efficiency and equipment reliability.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery.
- Inspect, repair, and replace mechanical components including bearings, shafts, belts, chains, and gearboxes.
- Maintain foam production, cutting, and other factory equipment.
- Carry out machine fitting, alignment, assembly, and dismantling work.
- Identify mechanical faults and resolve breakdowns quickly to minimize downtime.
- Handle lubrication, servicing, and routine machinery inspections.




- Coordinate with the Maintenance Incharge for repairs and spare parts requirements.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain proper maintenance records.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: ITI Fitter

Experience: Hands-on experience in mechanical fitting and industrial machinery maintenance

Technical Skills

Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, and mechanical systems; mechanical maintenance and machine fitting skills

Other Skills: Basic knowledge of welding and fabrication techniques
