Leading complete production process (Polymer / Plastics / Films) with focus on compounding, extrusion and surface wrapping etc.
Must have worked on TQM, Lean, TPM, improvment projects.
Lead current product trials and production scale-up activities.
Required Candidate profile
Strong hands-on experience in polymer or plastics processing, preferably PVC or WPC decorative products, profiles, doors, door frames, louvers or related building products.
