Aashita Enterprises is hiring candidates to support production operations, manufacturing efficiency and process improvement.
Responsibilities Monitor daily production and machine performance.
Maintain production data and Excel reports.
Assist in cycle-time, downtime and rejection analysis.
Identify bottlenecks and productivity improvements.
Support quality control, 5S and Lean Manufacturing.
Requirements Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production or Industrial Engineering.
Basic MS Excel and manufacturing knowledge.
Positive problem-solving skills and willingness to work on the shop floor.
Employment Terms: Initial six-month probation period. Confirmation will be subject to satisfactory performance and company policy.
