We are hiring Automobile Sales Trainer in the Kanjirappally branch.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Training Delivery as per the Training Calendar, carryout Assessment & Follow up
- Assess the Trainees knowledge & identify skill gaps & prepare skill mapping
- Submit monthly report on Training Activities, Trainees Performance & Utilization etc. to the senior management
- Review Training content periodically & suggest revision/upgradation
- Devise initiatives and corrective actions to improve the quality of training delivered
- Plan and deliver a monitoring system to validate the training programmes Community connect, Mobilization activity planning & execution.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor / Master’s degree in any Stream
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 1 plus years as Trainer or Lecturer in Automobile domain or similar domain.
- Fully conversant and able to work in all Microsoft Office Programs
- Excellent interpersonal skills & presentation skills
- Able to explain complex Automobile Theories in simple understandable manner to the Trainees
- Well versed with Basic Automotive Theories & Functions of Components & Mechatronics
- Able to communicate & deliver Training in English, Hindi & other regional languages
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
