Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for insurance products, sales techniques, and soft skills to employees across various levels.
- Conduct classroom-based training sessions, on-the-job training (OJT), and online learning modules to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Develop customized training materials, presentations, and assessments to meet specific business needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging content that meets industry standards.

Job Requirements :

- 3-8 years of experience in corporate training or a related field.
- Solid expertise in behavioural training, classroom training, corporate training, OJT/TNA/TNI methodologies.




- Proven track record of designing and delivering successful product trainings for insurance companies.
