We are expanding our team and seeking Product Managers who can drive innovation, manage product strategies, and align solutions with market needs.

Role Overview The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the complete lifecycle of assigned products – from strategy, planning, and development to execution and performance monitoring. The role requires strategic thinking, technical understanding, and strong market insights to ensure our products remain competitive, customer-focused, and aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including concept, design, development, and delivery.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify product opportunities.
- Collaborate with R&D;, operations, marketing, and business development teams to ensure successful product implementation.
- Prepare and execute product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and pricing models.
- Track and analyze product KPIs, performance metrics, and ROI to drive continuous improvements.




- Ensure quality standards, compliance, and customer satisfaction for product deliverables.
- Provide technical support, training, and presentations to internal stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

- Education: MBA/BE in Engineering/Management (Civil/Infrastructure background preferred).
- Experience: 3–6 years of proven experience in Product Management, preferably in Infrastructure, Construction, or Road Safety Solutions.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Project Management tools, and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional workplace.
