Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with design, tech, and business teams to define product requirements and success metrics.

- Conduct user research, analyse data, and derive insights to prioritise product improvements.

- Assist in managing the product roadmap and sprint planning.

- Write clear and concise PRDs (Product Requirement Documents).

- Track product performance using analytics tools and suggest optimisations.

- Support recent feature launches and collect feedback for continuous improvement.

- Stay updated with trends in edtech, employability, and digital learning.

What We're Looking For

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Empathy for learners and curiosity about how people learn and grow.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Comfort with ambiguity and bias for action.

- Experience with tools like Notion, Figma, JIRA, or data dashboards.Role & responsibilities
