Role Overview

Lead the technical product management and development of electronic grade chemicals, working closely with R&D;, manufacturing, Quality, analytical, supply chain and business teams to translate customer requirements into commercially viable products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Semiconductor Product Development & Technical Management

- Own the technical lifecycle of assigned semiconductor/electronics chemical products, from product identification and development through qualification and commercialization.
- Translate customer specifications and application requirements into product specifications, development plans and technical milestones.
- Drive development of high-purity chemicals with focus on metallic impurities, organic impurities, moisture, particles and other critical quality attributes.
- Coordinate with R&D; and manufacturing teams for process development, scale-up, optimization and technology transfer.
- Review technical data, analytical results and development reports and identify gaps/actions required for product qualification.
- Support development of electronic-grade / semiconductor-grade materials in line with customer and industry requirements.

2. Customer Technical Interface & Product Qualification





- Act as the technical interface with customers during sample development, technical discussions, qualification and commercialization.
- Understand customer specifications, application requirements and qualification protocols and convert them into actionable internal requirements.
- Coordinate customer sample submissions, technical documentation, CoA/specification alignment and responses to technical queries.
- Support customer audits, technical reviews and qualification activities.

3. Cross-functional Product Management

- Work closely with R&D;, QC/QA, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain and Business Development to ensure timely product development and commercialization.
- Track product development milestones, technical risks, dependencies and corrective actions.
- Drive closure of technical issues impacting product quality, timelines or customer qualification.

4.Product Portfolio & Technology Roadmap

- Identify opportunities for new semiconductor/electronics chemical products based on customer requirements, market trends and technology developments.
- Support development of the semiconductor chemicals product roadmap, prioritizing products based on technical feasibility, customer demand and commercial potential.
- Benchmark competitor products, specifications, purity levels and technical capabilities.

5. Commercialization & Business Support

- Provide technical inputs for RFPs/RFIs, customer proposals and new product evaluations.
- Support technical feasibility assessment, costing inputs, development timelines and commercialization plans.
- Work with Business Development to convert technically feasible opportunities into customer projects and commercial products.

- Must have 1-2 years of experience in electronics & a total of 5-6 years of industry experience.
