Seeking an experienced Product Manager with 3-6 years of experience to support the data product organization for Data Strategy & Execution. The associate will translate business goals into well-defined epics and stories and help drive delivery through Agile ceremonies and governance practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Work under Senior Product Manager and support EPICS creation activities
- Create detailed scope document for each sprint goal and clarify any doubts of project team timely
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies to track progress and ensure it align with project goals.
- Support implementation of robust data governance practices
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in operations in Capital Market in Lending, Transaction Banking, Private and Commercial Banking.
Required Skills
- Prior experience of working on Data projects for 3-6 years as Junior Product Manager
- Positive experience of Agile and Scrum
- Good Communication Skill
- Prior experience of working with Senior Product Manager and creating user stories.
