Key Responsibilities

- Manage procurement systems and maintain accurate product and supplier-related data.

- Create, update, and deactivate product records and process pricing changes.

- Review purchase orders and resolve ERP data discrepancies and order processing issues.

- Coordinate with vendors, procurement teams, and technical teams to address system-related queries.

- Process purchase orders and assist with invoice coding and approvals.

- Manage user access requests and support ERP testing and system enhancements.

- Maintain operational reports and respond to internal stakeholder requests.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

- Experience in procurement operations, purchasing, supply chain, or ERP data management.

- Strong Excel skills and attention to data accuracy.

- Valuable English communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
