Looking for an experienced Procurement Team Lead with expertise in strategic sourcing, e-sourcing, contract management, spend analysis, and procurement operations, preferably using Coupa / Coupa CSO.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead procurement operations and manage team performance, SLAs, and turnaround times.
- Drive end-to-end strategic sourcing for marketing categories, including digital agencies, media buying, events, branding, market research, and promotional services.
- Partner with Marketing, Finance, Legal, and regional procurement stakeholders.
- Manage supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and supplier onboarding.
- Conduct spend analysis, market benchmarking, savings identification, and should-cost modelling.
- Develop category strategies, optimize sourcing processes, and coach team members on e-sourcing best practices.




- Drive procurement transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Must-Have Skills: Strategic Sourcing, Marketing Procurement, Coupa / Coupa CSO, E-Sourcing, Contract Management, Spend Analysis, Supplier Management, and Team Leadership.
