Job Summary

MakerStrive Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Product Development & Execution Engineer to manage and drive end-to-end product development activities, from concept development and engineering design to prototype development, testing, manufacturing, and final delivery. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, ensuring technical feasibility, resolving execution challenges, and delivering products as per customer requirements, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end product development projects from initial customer requirements to final product realization and delivery.
- Coordinate concept development, engineering design, CAD modelling, FEA/CFD analysis, detailed drawings, and design reviews as required.
- Prepare project execution plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Testing, and external vendors.
- Drive prototype development, fabrication, assembly, testing, validation, and design modifications.
- Ensure product designs meet technical specifications, manufacturing feasibility, quality requirements, and cost targets.
- Monitor project progress against planned timelines and take corrective action to prevent delays.
- Coordinate procurement of materials, components, and outsourced services required for product development.
- Resolve technical and operational challenges in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Monitor project costs, material requirements, vendor performance,



and resource utilization.
- Ensure proper documentation of drawings, BOMs, engineering changes, test reports, and project deliverables.
- Coordinate customer requirements, technical clarifications, project reviews, and final handover.
- Identify opportunities to improve product performance, development cycle time, manufacturing efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering; relevant Diploma candidates with substantial experience may be considered.
- 5–12 years of experience in product development, Recent Product Development (NPD), engineering project execution, or industrial equipment development.
- Experience managing projects across design, procurement, prototype development, testing, and manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering drawings, BOMs, manufacturing processes, and technical specifications.
- Experience in cross-functional coordination, vendor management, and project execution.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and meet committed delivery schedules.

Preferred Industry Experience Candidates with experience in Heavy Engineering, Industrial Equipment, Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Skids, Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Defense, Marine, or Mechanical Systems will be preferred.
