Prepare procurement plans based on approved indents, demand, stock levels and operational requirements.

- Source and evaluate vendors for medicines, reagents, medical supplies, consumables, housekeeping

and other required materials.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, commercial terms, delivery timelines and payment conditions

and recommend suitable vendors.
- Raise and manage Purchase Orders as per approved procurement processes and budgets.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve supply or quality

issues.
- Verify procurement specifications, quantities, quality requirements and applicable documentation

before purchase and receipt.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Stores, Finance and Cluster teams for procurement status, GRN,

invoice processing and payment-related requirements.
- Maintain vendor records, quotations, POs, procurement documentation and purchase history for

audit and reference.
- Monitor procurement costs, price variations, savings and budget utilisation and identify cost-effective

sourcing opportunities.
- Ensure procurement follows approved policies, contractual terms,



statutory requirements and

applicable healthcare standards.
- Support vendor performance reviews, renewal/continuation decisions and corrective actions for

recurring issues.
- Prepare procurement MIS covering orders, deliveries, pending requirements, vendor performance,

costs and savings. Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
