Role Summary The OneStream Implementation Consultant will be part of the KDNI Finance Transformation – EPM practice and will support global clients in designing, implementing, and optimizing OneStream solutions across Planning, Consolidation, Close, and Reporting processes. The role requires strong finance domain knowledge combined with hands-on OneStream implementation experience, delivered through a global onshore/offshore delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end OneStream implementations across Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Consolidation, and Financial Reporting
- Participate in functional requirement-gathering and design workshops with client and onshore stakeholders
- Configure OneStream components including dimensions, cubes, workflows, business rules, and calculations
- Design and develop reports, dashboards, and cube views (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)




- Support data integration, validation, reconciliation, and historical data loads
- Assist with Chart of Accounts (CoA) alignment and ERP-to-OneStream mapping

Testing & Deployment

- Support SIT and UAT cycles, defect resolution, and deployment activities
- Provide post-go-live support and ongoing enhancements

Experience & Background

Prior Experience

- 3 - 7 years of experience in Finance Transformation or EPM consulting
- Hands-on OneStream implementation experience (Planning and/or Consolidation)
- OneStream certification or formal OneStream training
- Hands-on OneStream implementation experience (Planning and/or Consolidation)
- Experience supporting finance transformation programs or EPM consulting
- Strong understanding of Record-to-Report and FP&A; processes
- Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Education / qualified qualifications

Professional qualification, Accounting, Finance or related field (CA / CPA / ACCA), MBA
