We are at Teleperformance hiring For Process Trainer .

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver recent hire, refresher, upskilling, and process training programs.
2. Conduct training needs analysis and identify knowledge gaps within the business.
3. Design, customize, and update training content, learning materials, and assessments.
4. Facilitate engaging classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
5. Monitor trainee performance through evaluations, assessments, and feedback mechanisms.
6. Partner with Operations, Quality, and Leadership teams to ensure training effectiveness and alignment with business objectives.
7. Analyze training metrics and recommend interventions to improve employee performance.
8. Support transition, process updates, and change management initiatives through structured learning interventions.
9. Maintain training records, attendance, certifications, and compliance documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Strong experience in Training and Learning & Development within a BPO. Exposure to Banking, Financial Services,



or Customer Service environment will be an added benefit.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in facilitating classroom and virtual training programs.
- Strong presentation, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.
- Ability to influence learners and drive engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
