? – Process Specialist

We are looking for experienced professionals with hands-on experience in Order to Cash (O2C), Quote to Order (Q2O), and agreement/contract management to join our team in Pune.

? Key Responsibilities

Support the sales force by handling service requests related to quotes, orders, amendments, pricing sheets, vendor quotes, and agreements.

Manage and support Order to Cash (O2C) and Quote to Order (Q2O) activities.

Handle agreements, contracts, quote management, amendments, pricing, licensee details, pricing sheets, and reports.

Provide subject matter expertise and resolve complex process-related issues.

Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis to address customer and internal queries.

Use existing knowledge-base resources to provide accurate root cause assessments.

Develop training curricula, work instructions, and process documentation.

Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous process improvement.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of service requests.





Maintain process accuracy and adhere to established quality standards.

? Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a BPO environment.

Hands-on experience in Order to Cash (O2C) and Quote to Order (Q2O) processes.

Good understanding of the L2S process, including agreements, contracts, amendments, pricing, licensee details, and reports.

Proficiency in MS Excel.

Robust analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to interact effectively with internal customers and stakeholders.

Client-facing experience is an advantage.

Experience in training, creating work instructions, and maintaining knowledge-base documentation is preferred.
