Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.

- Handle international process voice calls with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

- 2-5 years of experience in a BPO/call center environment handling international processes.

- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers over the phone or via digital channels.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace with multiple priorities and deadlines.
