TPF Bharat Private Limited is looking for motivated and technically oriented freshers to join our production team as Process Engineer – Milling at our rice manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for Diploma or B.Tech graduates in Mechanical Engineering who are interested in rice milling operations, machinery, production processes, and plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support day-to-day rice milling operations.
- Ensure smooth operation of milling machinery and processing equipment.
- Monitor production output, process efficiency, and product quality.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for troubleshooting.
- Support preventive maintenance activities to minimize machine downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Maintain production records and shift-wise reports.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to achieve daily production targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical equipment, industrial machinery, and production processes is preferred.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and rotational shifts.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
