- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the company’s database.

- Explain property details, project features, pricing, and payment plans.

- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.

- Understand customer budgets, location preferences, and property requirements.

- Schedule site visits and appointments for prospective buyers.

- Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales opportunities.

- Maintain accurate customer information and call records in the CRM system.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversions.

- Provide qualified customer service and handle basic customer queries.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
