Technical Support: Provide technical guidance to clients or sales team, interpret drawings/specifica ons, and recommend suitable PEB solu ons.
Internal Coordina on: Liaise with design, produc on, and project teams for technical inputs.
Project Handover: Ensure smooth transi on of awarded projects to execu on team (OMD) with all required details.
ERP/CRM Updates: Maintain accurate records of proposals, client interac ons, and follow-ups.
