- Support solution design, proposal development, and customer engagements across Digital Workplace Services opportunities.
- Combine strong workplace domain expertise with emerging AI-driven workplace technologies to develop innovative and competitive solutions.
- Understand customer business requirements and translate them into tailored, AI-enabled Digital Workplace solutions.
- Clearly articulate the business and technical value of proposed solutions to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Partner with Sales, Delivery, Practice, and Technology teams to build differentiated offerings and win strategies.
- Operate as a Digital Workplace generalist with broad solutioning experience and deeper expertise in one or more workplace domains.

Experience

- 8–12 years of experience in Digital Workplace Services, End User Computing (EUC), or IT Infrastructure Services.
- Proven experience in presales, solution architecture, consulting, or technical sales support.
- Knowledge of Workplace AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI assistants, and automation-driven workplace solutions.
