We're Hiring: Pre-Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive for a rapid-growing enterprise SaaS product company developing cloud-based solutions across Commodity Trading, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Treasury, Risk Analytics, and Agritech .

The role involves working closely with sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements, deliver product demonstrations, prepare proposals, and support the end-to-end sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (PoC) sessions.
- Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals, RFPs, and RFIs.
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with customer needs.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support sales initiatives.
- Maintain product knowledge and effectively communicate solution capabilities to clients.




- Ensure proper documentation and handover of requirements to the delivery team.
- Maintain opportunity updates and sales activities in CRM systems.

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
- 1–2 years of experience in pre-sales, sales support, business development, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to business users.
- Experience in proposal preparation, RFP/RFI responses, and business documentatio n.
- Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
