- 3–4 years of qualified PPC/performance marketing experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other major paid platforms
- Ability to strategize, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns independently
- Strong understanding of targeting, bidding, budgeting, audiences, and campaign structure
- Experience with Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and remarketing
- Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, pixels, and conversion tracking
