About the Role

Katyayani Organics is looking for a creative and proactive PR Executive to strengthen the company's brand presence and manage public relations activities. The ideal candidate should be skilled in media relations, corporate communications, content creation, and brand-building initiatives while maintaining a positive public image across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses, journalists, influencers, and external stakeholders.
- Draft press releases, media notes, speeches, company announcements, and communication materials.
- Coordinate media interactions, interviews, product launches, exhibitions, and corporate events.
- Plan and execute branding campaigns, promotional activities, and CSR initiatives.
- Monitor media coverage and manage the company's public image.
- Support digital branding initiatives through social media and online PR campaigns.
- Track campaign performance, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all internal and external communication platforms.
- Handle crisis communication and assist in reputation management when required.





Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Branding, or Media Relations.
- Experience in FMCG, Agriculture, Chemicals, or Manufacturing industry will be preferred.
