What you'll do

¢ Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports and data models using DAX and Power Query.

¢ Build Power Apps (Canvas or Model-driven) and Power Automate workflows that digitise shop-floor and business processes.

¢ Connect Power BI and Power Apps to SQL Server/MySQL, REST APIs and industrial data sources (OEE, production, energy).

¢ Use AI coding assistants to speed up development, troubleshoot DAX and optimise app logic.

¢ Test your own work before release.



There is no separate QA team, so you own quality.

¢ Join customer calls for testing and Go-Live, and support applications after deployment.

What we're looking for

¢ 12 years of hands-on Power BI experience: data modeling, DAX, visualization.

¢ Experience with Power Apps and/or Power Automate.

¢ Valuable SQL skills (SQL Server/MySQL): joins, views, query optimization.

¢ Basic understanding of REST APIs and data connectivity.

¢ Logical thinking and a habit of documenting your work and using version control.

¢ Clear communication for customer calls and progress updates.

¢ Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines.

Good to have: exposure to manufacturing/OEE data, Git, or Power BI Service administration (gateways, workspaces, row-level security).

Compensation & benefits

Year-1 potential earnings are 2.904.10 lakh, with a 75,000 loyalty bonus added every year from year 3.

Loyalty bonus

¢ 75,000 paid on completing 30 months of continuous service.

¢ 75,000 paid again for every further completed year of service.

Other terms

¢ Training: structured training for the first 6 months.

¢ Service commitment: 30 months in total (6 months of training plus 24 months of service), set out in a written service agreement. No security cheque is required.

¢ Training cost recovery: if you leave before 30 months, a share of the 1,00,000 training cost is recoverable.

It reduces every month you serve: 1,00,000 (30 months completed) • 30. For example, leaving after 12 months means 60,000; after 24 months, 20,000. Any amount due is adjusted against your final settlement.

¢ Probation: first 30 working days. If either side finds the fit unsuitable, employment ends with 30 days'

salary paid.

¢ Notice period: 1 month after probation, or salary in lieu of notice.

¢ Laptop: please bring your own Windows laptop (needed for Power BI Desktop).
