Program Governance Strategy

- Coordinate and execute the program roadmap in alignment with enterprise strategy and business priorities.

- Align and follow governance frameworks, ensuring compliance, ethical AI adoption, and transparency.

- Partner with Business, IT Partners and Technology teams in finalizing high-impact projects.

- Coordinate with Business, IT Partners and Evangelists to develop business cases, ROI models, and success metrics for initiatives.

- Stakeholder Management Engagement Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT partners.

- Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies to executive leadership and steering committees.

Program Planning Delivery

- Oversee end-to-end execution of programs from intake, assessment, and prioritization to deployment and hyper care.

- Coordinate multiple workstreams to ensure smooth delivery of initiatives

- Drive alignment across functions (Business, IT,



QA, CSV, and Architecture) to ensure on-time, quality delivery.

- Implement standardized tools and methodologies for project tracking, documentation, and performance evaluation.

Risk, Quality Compliance Management

- Ensure all projects adhere to internal quality standards, security guidelines, and industry compliance (GxP, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).Manage program risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans proactively.

- Collaborate with validation and QA teams to align AI solutions with compliance frameworks.

People Capability Development

- Mentor project managers, business analysts and technical leads within the program.

- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement through knowledge sharing
