- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering.
3. Experience
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Candidates with experience in paper manufacturing or process industries will be preferred.
4. Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily plant operations and ensure smooth production activities.
- Monitor production targets, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, stores, and other departments to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Ensure proper functioning of plant machinery and equipment.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely resolution.
- Monitor manpower deployment, attendance, and shift-wise work allocation.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and company policies.
- Maintain daily production reports,
downtime records, and other operational documentation.
- Minimize machine downtime, material wastage, and production losses.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, raw materials, and other resources.
5. Required Skills

- Good technical knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial machinery.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and team coordination.
- Ability to work in a production-oriented and target-driven environment.
