About Our Client The organisation operates in the heavy steel fabrication industry with state-of-the-art facilities in Central India .1. Production & Manufacturing Operations Leadership - Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across fabrication, assembly, and dispatch.

- Deliver daily, monthly, and annual production targets aligned with business demand.
- Drive efficiency across shop floor operations, including cutting, welding, drilling, painting, and assembly processes. 2.

Production

Planning & Control (PPC) - Own production planning cycles (daily/weekly/monthly) to meet project timelines.

- Align closely with procurement, design, and project teams to ensure seamless execution. 3.

Manufacturing

Excellence & Process Optimization - Standardize and continuously improve fabrication processes (CNC cutting, welding, shot blasting, painting, etc.).

- Drive lean manufacturing, cost optimization, and waste reduction initiatives.




- Maintenance & Utilities Management - Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance for all plant machinery and fabrication lines.
- Ensure high uptime across critical equipment (CNC machines, welding lines, painting systems, cranes).
- Manage plant utilities (power, compressed air, DG, etc.) to support uninterrupted operations.
- Team Leadership & Capability Building - Lead a cross-functional team across production, maintenance, quality, and planning.

The Successful

Applicant - 20+ years of experience in Heavy steel fabrication sector (Automotive/PEB/Steel) - Mandatory experience in PEB / structural steel / heavy fabrication industry - Proven track record of leading large-scale fabrication units/plants with focus on Quality, costing, delivery, and timeline adherence - Steel fabrication processes: cutting, welding, assembly, painting What's on Offer - Plant leadership chance for a PEB greenfield project - Accelerated growth prospects
