Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk assessments using Primavera P6.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Conduct regular progress monitoring and reporting on projects to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.

- Provide expert guidance on project planning best practices to junior team members.

Job Requirements :

- 10-12 years of experience in residential real estate business with a focus on planning engineering or related field.

- Solid proficiency in Primavera P6 for creating detailed project schedules and resource planning.

- Excellent understanding of risk assessment techniques and ability to apply them effectively in real-world scenarios.
