Job Purpose To plan, monitor, and coordinate residential construction projects to ensure timely completion through effective scheduling, progress tracking, resource planning, delay analysis, and management reporting.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Project Scheduling: Prepare project-wise baseline schedules, activity-wise timelines, milestones, and construction programmes from commencement to handover.
- Progress Monitoring: Track planned versus actual physical progress for all assigned projects and identify schedule deviations.
- Weekly Planning: Prepare weekly work plans and 2–4 week look-ahead schedules in coordination with Project Managers and Site Engineers.
- Delay Analysis: Identify reasons for delays, maintain a hindrance register, assess schedule impacts, and prepare recovery plans.
- Resource Planning: Coordinate labour, material, equipment, and subcontractor requirements with Projects and Procurement teams.
- Drawing Coordination: Track pending architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing drawings, approvals, and site clarifications.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate with Projects, Design, Procurement, QS & Billing, Accounts,



and other relevant departments to resolve planning constraints.
- Management Reporting: Submit weekly progress reports, milestone trackers, delay reports, and consolidated project dashboards to management.
- Schedule & Risk Control: Forecast project completion dates, highlight critical activities, and escalate risks affecting time and cost.
- Documentation: Maintain updated schedules, progress records, action trackers, and approved programme revisions.

Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Preferably 2–5 years of experience in residential construction planning.
- Proficiency in MS Project and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of construction sequences, resource planning, progress monitoring, and delay analysis.
- Solid analytical, coordination, communication and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
