Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our project team in Tirupati. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring progress, resource planning, preparing project reports, and ensuring timely completion of construction activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, communication, and project coordination skills with experience in construction project planning and control.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Prepare baseline programs, work breakdown structures (WBS), and project execution plans.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify delays or risks.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management review.
- Coordinate with site execution teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Analyze project performance and recommend corrective actions to recover schedule slippages.
- Prepare look-ahead schedules and resource deployment plans.
- Track manpower, machinery, materials, and productivity against planned targets.
- Conduct delay analysis and prepare recovery plans when required.
- Support project budgeting, forecasting, and cost monitoring activities.
- Participate in project review meetings and present planning updates.
- Maintain project documentation, records, and planning databases.
- Ensure compliance with company standards,



contractual requirements, and project timelines.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline.
- Certification or training in Primavera P6 will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of construction planning methodologies and project controls.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and Primavera P6.

Experience
- 3 to 8 years of experience in planning and scheduling of building, commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Experience in high-rise building projects will be preferred.
